Hey friends.....
I'm sure every one of u remembers our World Cup Squad........It was one of the best on paper......the were greats like Sachin Tendulkar, Saurav Ganguly, M S Dhoni, Harbhajan Singh and many more.....
The reason why Sachin has not been selected is that the people feel that he has lost his instincts and reflexes....he has proved it on many occasions.........And even I feel that he doesn't deserve a place till he proves the Master Blaster tag given to him by his fans....
Coming to Saurav......he is not fit to play a one day international......He plays them like five dayers.....He had a meagre strike rate of 51.16 against Bangladesh and an incredible 30.43 against Sri Lanka.....It's worse than his Average......He seems to be playing with a selfish attitude of getting runs.....Compare him to Mathew Hayden who is also a left hand opening batsman...
Dhoni is in the squad perhaps because he is a better keeper and batsman than Dinesh Karthik and can accelerate innings lower down the order.......
Rahul is the best option for captaincy India have now......
Sehwag is regaining form and can provide a vital boost at the top....

According to clarification given by Dilip Vengsarkar, since there are quite number of ODI scheduled this year, it has been decided to follow rotation policy and accordingly some players will be rested for some matches. Saurav Ganguly and Sachin Tendulkar have been rested as a part of rotation policy to try out potential of some of the talented youngsters. He has even hinted that even Rahul Dravid will be rested at some point of time.

Savrav & Sachin r old & non performers in World Cup 07. Dashing batsman of rare kind & only triple century hero of Indian team history , Sehwag scored at least in one match. He can play for at least 5 years as he is young enough to perform. He & Dhoni are 2 unmatcheables in the team.

Sachin and Sourav are there in test team.There are many strange decisions from selectors.Sachin's and Sourav's statistics shows that they are good one day players.If Rahul Dravid can play for one day,then why can't Sachin and Sourav play one days.And Irfan Pathan who hadn't played any matches in world cup is not selected for team.We cannot call him a senior player and he a young all rounder.And Sehwag really deserve his place in team.

THEY HAVE BEEN RESTED.
Had we been playing tougher opposition they would have been in the team. That's what Vengserkar said. These 2 have been our best performers over the last 12 months. Failure in 2 matches at the world cup is no indication of their class.

They only did this so that people could feel that they have did this because of their bad performance and the rivalry could stop...

Another nasty politics by Dravid. He is just thinking to save his "chair". When Dravid will leave the captaincy, the Team India will be TEAM known as minnows.
