This is kind of a debatable question because some people (or maybe just me) just can't decide on whether to favor the "old school" or the "new school". Like, Lleyton Hewitt is my all time favorite player because his playing style is something I can most relate to. He can also just put some spice into a match with an occasional "COME ONNNNN!!!". I also like watching old videos of Fabrice "The Magician" Santoro because he has a whole arsenal of trick shots (I can kinda do his behind the back shot). Of the new school, definitely Roger Federer.

Federer without a doubt! No one can even come close to his amazing talent. He can do some pretty un-humanlike things out there on the court and he is practictly unbeatable. He has one of the best records of all-time!And he just grabbed his 500th win of his career! Federer might even become one of the greatest players of all time if he keeps up the hard work, but no doubt he is the best of his generation!

I'm surprised I'm the first to answer with this guy: Andre Agassi. He is truly my all-time favorite tennis player. He played tennis despite having severe pain in his back, to the point where he needed a wicked shot in his back before every match. He always played with heart, and will never give up his love for the sport.

"Rocket" Rod Laver. For you children, he won two Grand Slams, which nobody else has managed, and had a great time doing it. In those days, rather than worrying over their endorsements, they'd go have a pint after the match. Those golden years for the Aussies had a magic we'll likely never see again.

Rafael Nadal. For the great tennis player he is and for the person he is.
He is at his peak and has proved it.I ebt that shut the mouth of his critics. He has been extremely polite and one of the most humble tennis players. And he has always given the other players due credit.
He's simply fierce when it comes to his game and I love him!!
Here's to the nicest human I've ever looked up to and been inspired by>
Vamos Rafaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111

It used to be Pete Sampras. But now, it's Roger Federer. My fave is not only a legend. He's human, too, and a kind-hearted human as well.
