I think Jordan and Wilkins can still dunk. Not nearly as well though. Of course, Barkley will always be able to dunk...donuts. In spite of his race with Dick Bavetta, Barkley ate a donut on camera.

I think Wilkins can still dunk. In the 2004 All-Star Weekend in L.A., he dunked over Magic Johnson in the two-on-two legend-celebrity game. Wilkins is still in shape and I think any guy who's 6'8" and in good physical shape can dunk. I don't know about Jordan though. He seemed to have gained weight and I know for a fact that he smokes cigars and drinks wine so he may not be in the best of shape. Barkley? Definitely not. He's damn too fat Dick Bavetta almost kicked his a_ _.

Can they still dunk? Yes. Can they get out of bed the next morning without being sore? Probably not. Are they doing windmills and free-throw line leaps? Definitely not.

Jordan, of course, has two stud kids in high school. The older is being recruited by mid-majors; Valpo offered him a scholarship, and Loyola of Chicago gave up over the winter. But he may be leaning towards being a preferred walk-on at Illinois. The younger son is better. Jordan, of course, probably stays in good enough shape to keep them from showing him up. And it allows him to show a few things to the Bobcats once in a while.

of course most of the NBA players in the 40's and 50's can still dunk but not with the same tenacity when they are still in their prime

All three of course. No mega famous dunker would ever loose there great touch of dunking. You wouldn't even loose your touch if you became a great dunker. Even Kobe wouldn't loose if he retires. Dominique and Erving haven't lost it either. None of the ones above would loose there touch till they turn like 70.
