Well, I got pregnant on birth control and didn't particularly want a baby at the time...but I know how babies are made, I'm not going to pretend I don't and say OH NO HOW COULD I POSSIBLY GET PREGNANT WHEN I'M HAVING SEX! So yeah, it annoys me. Not because I'm trying to conceive and can't, but because I wasn't trying to conceive and I did...but I'm realistic enough to know that if I couldn't deal with getting pregnant, I shouldn't have been having sex. I can deal with it. I'm having my baby and not whining. If you can't deal with it, keep your legs closed. Seriously. I don't just mean if you're not trying to conceive you shouldn't have sex, even if you're married...I just mean that if you're stupid enough to honestly think that for some reason you're special and won't get pegnant by performing the act of reproduction...then you don't need to reproduce anyway.

Although each person's situation is unique, and there can be some genuine reasons why someone might not want a baby conceived accidently. A good example can be someone in a bad relationship on the verge of breaking, so she'd probably not want to have a baby from the man who will no longer be a part of her life.
It could also be other physical/mental/social issues why someone would not want a baby. However, if all is well, and the timing is right, there is no reason to be so ungrateful to God for blessing them with such a gift. There is always an excuse to delay having a baby, but they all fade away once you have one.
I think people should learn to be more thankful and accept things in life as they come, and not crib, as like you said - there are so many people out there who don't have the good fortune of having a baby.

I feel sorry for you that you seem to be trying and trying and just can't seem to get pregnant. However, I think pregnancy is a miracle, so selfish or not it's not something to be annoyed at. Not everyone can get pregnant at all, using birth control or not, so for those of us who do fall pregnant "accidentally" are truely experiencing a miracle, and I think through your hurt feelings you are being unfair and judgemental. I hope you will find peace some day, but in the mean time worry about yourself, and stop judging others.

H@%*& the things that people will do!!! Some where someone is probly going : OH S#%@T right? I think that bieng pregnant would be the most awesome thing in the world..........of course i've had 2 miscarriages and a lil difficulty, well carrying pregnancy to term..........so my opinion may be a lil' bit biased and way out in left field itself. U Know? haha Yeah.
I have always wanted to be a mother-as a child growing up I knew I would be someday! My family wasnt exactly Harriet Bunker but it was not all the Archie Bunker either :)~ In time I have realized I was one of the "lucky ones" and my family was halfway decent for families....ive met people in the city of roses that have never had families, living on streets, eating out of garbage cans, crazy stuff from my point of view!
The saddest thing in the world was finding a nice guy getting pregnant-then the guy relapsed and I had a miscarriage! Went to the hospital by myself-talk about wanting to die in recovery-only for about 18 months after that!!!! Now I can only look forward to HP letting me have another chance and actually meeting someone that will stick around long enough for me to realize I even Like them-then learning how to be with someone in a Good way long enough to have a family.........ok well, enough outta me............LOL1&2

It is really sad, there is so many people ( like my sister who struggled to have a baby after two miscarriages ) who can not have children which will do anything to have such a little miracle, and so many young girls which falls pregnant and go for abortions. There is so many types of birth control on the market, and no excuse to fall pregnant if you don´t want to. And I firmly believe in taking responsibility for ones actions.
Children should not be having sex !!!!

I really do. My sister-in-law got pregnant for the 3rd time and was really upset about it and was saying that they didnt want a 3rd child, of course they are having it, but my hubby and i have been trying for our 2nd child for over a year now and it hasnt happend. I get really emotional and upset when I see all these people here with 3 or 4 kids and think how lucky they are to have them. My hubby and I want 4!! Our little girl is soon to be 4 yrs old and its time for another one. My hubby will be deploying in Aug for 15 mos to Iraq, and we were hoping to be pregnant by the time he leaves, but it just hasnt happened. So, to answer your question, yes I get pretty annoyed when people accidentally get pregnant, like they didnt know how to prevent it.

Sorry, but if you don't want to be pregnant, don't HAVE SEX!!!! Furthermore, you are taught MANY methods of birth control these days IN SCHOOL!!!! In addition, if you don't want the baby once you ARE pregnant, don't leave it in a dumpster to die, just to save face. You can go to ANY hospital and leave the baby there NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!! Or else, suck it up and give it up for adoption! Girls should take responsibility for thier actions, it's not like they are not prepared! THERE ARE NO EXCUSES ANYMORE!!!!!!!

Don't be too quick to judge. I was on the pill and my bf used a condom and I still ended up pregnant. I did lose the child 8 wks later, but this scenario does happen. But for those who are careless (i.e. no contraceptives), I have to agree. If you are old enough to have sex, then you should be old enough to take the proper precautions to avoid pregnancy.

Well i don`t think getting pregnant is a crime accidentally or not. For those people who cannot have children it is not the fault of the one who can get pregnant by accident or not. As we know nature has way of balancing things out and also correcting mistakes. There fore perhaps those who can`t get pregnant may not have healthy child naturally.

YES, I am one of those people who has tried for 7 years, so it does really irritate me when I hear people say they didn't want it, or it was an accident. I understand why they say that, but it actually hurts to hear it sometimes.
