I can't believe he fired James. I mean the guy stepped up each and everytime while Stef was just a secretary working behind the scenes.

If the shootings at VT hadn't happened, would Stef have been the one fired? I think so.

Stef's presentations were great whereas James looses his focus throughout the task. Donald is right!

Trump is just telling the truth. Pres Obama is a HORRIBLE president. Trump also said Bush was the worst President ever, and called him evil. Your not doing enough research. Why anyone thinks we are out of a recession tells me you don't know much about the economy and peoples struggles. Unemployment among our black men is astoundingly high. Gas prices are out the roof, inflation is eating away at household incomes (a gallon of milk is up to $6.00). Standard and Poors just gave the US a mediocre rating, and our US dollar is almost worthless. Multiple countries are openly discussing dropping the US dollar as a standard economic currency. Obama has started an unjust war with Libya, and for those of you ignorant or how NATO works-we have troops in NATO, so now that is 3 wars we are involved in.

I'm surprised James made it to the end. He didn't deserve to be hired. He rode Stefani's skill and coattails to the end. She was consistent and hard-working throughout. While James did a good job on any of the tasks, he was also easily distracted and made some poor decisions. It almost seemed like he has ADD at times. It was annoying to watch the way he spazzed out and made the Renuzit actress repeat her lines over and over and over.

What do the Virginia Tech shootings have to do with the business world or The Apprentice? Why would that affect Trump's decision? That's a pretty illogical leap. The D.C. sniper shootings didn't stop him from hiring Randal. Use some common sense!

Everybody has there own style you can't blame Stef for that or the Trump for that matter.

The shootings didn't affect the show, since they filmed it several months ago.

Edit: My bad, I don't follow the show and didn't know that last night's firing was the finale. Stopped watching after season two, since it is just a series of advertisements with contestants shilling the products.

No one can possibly know what another person feels about his fellow man,but this is just a show and if you are as rich as ''The Donald'' you can pretty much do what ever you want.

I can't imagine that the shooting would have that big an effect on ole ducky. I think he is just not wise in his choices of who to fire.
