well answer some questions :

How many years do you have left to live?

How much do you spend on lottery tickets? ie. frequency of buying

Which lottery do you play?

Here is some sample data:

1. I am 20, I will live to 120 years old (100 years)

2. Let's say i buy one ticket every day

3. I live in ontario canada so i play 6/49 which is 6 numbers out of 49 for the jackpot.

SO.....

I have 365* 100 = 36, 500 plays

I have 1 : 49!/44! odds of winning a single ticket (which means a 1 in 228 000 000 chance of winning

1/228 000 000 * 36 500 = 0.00016 or 0.016% chance of winning

just some perspective which means if there were 6250 people just like me did the same thing odds say one of us will win in our lifetime.

this is wrong. We shouldnt rely on destiny for success and happiness in life. It will only give hopelessness and pain in the end. Nevertheless, I'll wish you win this time.

Perhaps but who's saying how much. You just need a few numbers to win something.

Odds are, NO. But on the other hand Sh*t Happens. So while you are waiting, you might want to wash your hands just in case.
