It was a few years ago that I had this dream for the second time, and just a few weeks ago when I had it again. I was 6 when I first had it. It dream began with me walking in the front door in a purple rainjacket, and going to my dad's office room in our apartment. As I entered, Joker from the Batman series would grab my leg and pull me under the futon that was close to the door. A lab, walking upright, would pull me from the Joker's grasp, and the Joker would be sucked into some black and purple portal that was also under the futon. The dream goes fuzzy for a second, and I lose track of what is happening. The next thing I remember about the dream is that I'm on a fieldtrip with my first grade class, and we go into a sunny little house with Rosa Parks doing the dishes inside and Martin Luther King reading a newspaper and sitting at the table with toast in front of him. These are two evil people I can tell, who are wearing masks. MLK is the Joker, and I don't remember who Rosa is. Then the class leaves out the back door of the happy little house with the fake MLK and the fake Rosa Parks standing in the doorway staring at me. Then the dream fades out, and I wake up, slightly disturbed for some reason, and glad to see the light of day. And hey, now that I'm done, anyone wanna interpret this for me? :D

*** ya, i had the same dream for AGES...it was of me down our basement in our furnace room and there was always some creature (not sure if it was a man or a monster) and when i'd try to scream it was too high a pitch so no one could hear it. then i read an article one day about how to stop recurring dreams...u plan what you're going to do while you're awake and then that's what u do in your dream. i figured out i needed to scream in a deeper voice and the next time i had the dream that's exactly what i did...i did this really low, deep scream and i never ever had the dream again.

Yes--falling; car accidents; water dreams, different scenarios, but always scary; being sucked down gutters and then falling down the sewage drains where nothing but darkness waited below as I hung helplessly, being attacked and betrayed.

No recurring dreams that were good, unfortunately.

it's this one dream I get once in a great while, where the moon is falling, and I need to stop it. each time though, it's a little different. it sort of mixes with what I've been thinking about most. the last time I had it, it was more different than similar, there was only one section that confirmed that was the dream. I've counted that I've had that dream five times. they are always pleasant dreams, they're always an adventure.

Never a recurring dream. I'd had recurring themes. I mostly dream of tornadoes and losing my teeth.

I think it means I'm stressed out.

Flying is one of them.

Chewing bubble gum and it gets stuck on my teeth and I have to keep pulling and pulling and pulling on it, over and over and over (you get the picture, I think) and it doesn't want to come off. I can't figure that one out, as I still have my natural teeth.

I often dream about either my dear, deceased maternal Grandmother, who was almost like my own mother and whom I love dearly or my dear, deceased maternal Grandfather. I never dream about them in the same dream, which I think is kind of strange.

I have been married 4 times. Each of them has either beat on me, or had affairs, except for one, who was killed in a car accident 3 months after our marriage. Anyway, I dream about 3 of the 4, off and on and they aren't very good dreams. I dream about their faults and the bad things they did to me. Therefore, when I wake up, I feel beat up INSIDE like I had just been cheated on again or beat on again, all over. Those are like nightmares instead of dreams. Unfortunately, they are recurring types.

Sometimes I dream I am going to spank one of my children and they are laying over my knees and my hand is up in the air and when it comes down to spank the child, my arm loses all its power by the time it connects to the child's bottom. This is definitely a recurring dream. The odd thing is I have not spanked the children in this manner before. Maybe subconsciously I NEED TO! :o)

Running through a ditch as a monster is chasing me with a long piece of string attached to my foot , so I know I can't get away from the monster even though I never see the monster, but I somehow know it's a monster, kinda odd. Also I have a reoccuring dream of drowning in the ocean.
