The ONLY lizard that is poisonous is the Gila Monster. This creature does not live in the house so the answer is NO.
The Komododo Dragon although not poisonous has so many bacteria living in its mouth that any bite from the animal if not treated with antibiotics is liable to lead to death, but it is not poisonous in the strict sense of the word. However it only lives on the island of Komododo and as it (can grow) to over 3 meters in length it is not likely to live in your house either.
So the answer is a definitive NO. House lizards are not poisonous.

If you are talking about lizards here in North America...Only if it's a Gila Monster in the U.S. Southwest! Most other lizards are non-poisonous,but some can still deliver a nasty bite! If you frequent the Southeast U.S.A. you probably see alot of Skinks and Carolinian Anoles-some people mistakenly call these Gecko's or Chameoleons, because of their ability to change their colour! But Anoles are really quite small and harmless. And most small lizards can be picked up by hand...safely! Larger lizards are somewhat able to scratch or bite down hard, such lizards like Iguanas,Alligator Lizards...can cause bleeding, wear some light gloves! Gila Monsters are the only North American lizard that is Venomous...these are a look, don't touch lizard-but you can view them on Wikipedia or other 'Gila Monster' related sites! theerrander.

Actually, Gila monsters and Mexican beaded lizards which look very similar are the only TWO venomous lizards in the world.
Komodo dragons do have a high amount of bacteria in their mouths and the infections from these bacteria can kill, as can the infections from bacteria in alligator mouths (I know of at least one occasion where someone survived a bite to die from infection) I'm supposing as well, that other large monitor-type lizards have nasty bacteria as well.
If you are a cat, you don't want to eat blue-tailed skinks, they can cause paralysis in felines if ingested.
Other than that, no.
