I have a 05 chevy silverado work truck edition. I put 22 on it and I also lowered the back to make it level. Now it rides so ruff that I barely want to drive it. Can anyone please give me some advise on how to make the ride smoother without removing any of the features I just described, any help would be appreciated

If you put 22-inch rims on this truck, then lowered it (in the back), those are two things that will definitely make a vehicle ride rougher. Other than switching back to the way it was, the only thing you can do is use a lower tire pressure. However, that will threaten your expensive new rims.

Seriously, the only inexpensive way to get a reasonable ride back is to put the old wheels back on. Increasing the motion of the rear suspension will also restore some comfort to the ride. You can't have tires with no sidewalls (such as your 22-inch wheels) and still have a comfortable ride.

Your screwed. Everything you did to yoru truck is engineered to reduce ride quality. There is no free lunch. If you think 22's are the only way to pretend to be cool and pick up chicks then you have to learn to suffer with the horrible ride quality, increased stopping distances and increased maintenance costs in worn out steering and suspension bits that come with them.
