I have been looking for the movie soundtrack of that movie for years now. Do you know any site where i can download that music where Virginia Madsen (with her cello) made music with Edgar the computer? I think its called "Madeliene's Theme" and has the melody of Bach's(?) "Lover's Minuet".

It's called 'The Duel' and it's by the movie's composer, Giorgio Moroder. Also features 'Let It Run' and 'Video', Jeff Lynne's 2nd & 3rd solo songs :-) And music by Culture Club & Boy George. Boy George even wrote the theme song 'Electric Dreams', but someone else sings it. And there's a song by Helen Terry who was the female backing voice on the first 2 Culture Club albums. I have this soundtrack on cassette...LOL! But, YES 'The Duel' is awesome and makes up for a lot of the movie's shortcomings :-)

...after wearing out my cassette tape of the soundtrack to 'Electric Dreams', I was most overjoyed and elated, when they finally released this eclectic selection of tunes on CD. Some of the private sellers on www.amazon.com have the CD on sale for under $10.
...now, if only the stiff-shirted distribution suits over at MGM, would finally get off their butts, and release this long-sought-after perinial '80's pop classic film on DVD (before I wear out my VHS tape, as well!!!)
