Well, since there are several different kinds of weapons of mass destruction, I would guess that he is trying to represent them as a group. It irks me when people pronounce that word incorrectly. it irks me even more when it is our president, who one would think would possess the necessary grammatical and pronunciation skills to articulate a point, but instead makes the point to ignore proper speech. Why does he do that? Is it the standard conservative defiance? If something is wrong, just stick to it, and eventually your term will be up? Sheesh.

No, WMD's cover a lot more territory than Nuclear! Chemical weapons like the chlorine loaded bombs are WMDs, as are Biological weapons. Like the anthrax that was mailed in US a few years ago.

the reason he says WMD's is because weapons of mass destruction is a more broad term, when you say nuclear weapons, its basically what it says, but when you call it WMD's it could mean, nuclear weapons such as atomic bombs, or biological weapons, such as smallpox, sarin gas, agent orange. so basically the point is that nuclear weapons just blow stuff up and cause radiation that will take hundreds of years to go away and tons of chemicals to make the land livable on again, but bioligical weapons are weapons that are created to kill people in large numbers, often leaving buildings and land untouched, this would include gases, and diseases

Like everyone else in the world with a modicum of education, he understands that weapons of mass destruction also include chemical and biological weapons.

Rather than looking so foolish, try getting an education.

Don't you just love the people who say"my president right or wrong. That semi literate, inarticulate, unfeeling piece of crap may be your president but, thankfully,he isn't mine and I don't have to be embarrassed or ashamed when people ask "Did you really vote him into office?" yes Goge Dubya Bush has many difficulties trying to speak the English language. Not surprisingly he never makes a mistake when he says "How much is that in barrels of crude"
