Serious answers only if you can help help if you can't don't bother answering just to score points. Not to sound rude :) Just stating a point.

Find the measure of each angle to the nearest tenth of a degree.

38. COS C= 0.2493

44: SIN A=0.4567

49. TAN F= 0.4279

Find x round to the nearest tenth:

1. Angles of the triangle: 17 (Long leg), 12 (short leg) and x degrees.

2. 34 (long leg), X (Bottom leg), and 31 degrees.

3. Sides of the triangle: 18, 15, and x degrees (think 18 is long leg) (Think 15 is short leg)

Thank you for all who can help :)

You do not state any restriction on how you get the answers. In the old days, we would look up the values in trig tables. Now you can use a scientific calculators inverse trig functions.

For the First 3, you would look up the inverse functions
Cos Inv (0.2493) = 75.563906330950672629570205080321
Sin Inv (0.4567) =27.174368673802248083628361697309
Tan Inv (0.4279) = 23.166082077223048855063072592819
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
If this is a right angled triangle you are talking about then:
Sin x = length of Opposite Side/ Length of Hypotenuse
Cos x = Length of Adjacent side / Length of Hypotenuse
Tan x = Length of opp side / length of adjacent side.

Substitute your values on the above formula and you will get the answers.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Use the desktop calculator in Scientific mode to get the inverse functions.

Check the Inv Box and enter the value and press Cos or Sin or Tan for inverse functions.

Hope this helps
