(-6,-2), m = (-2/5)
-2 = (-2/5)(-6) + b
-2 = (12/5) + b
-10 = 12 + 5b
5b = -22
b = (-22/5)

ANS : y = (-2/5)x - (22/5)

Point slope: y+2=-2/5(x+6)
or y=-2/5x -22/5
