Lets solve this prob

1.

First make the equation

y=mx + c

4y=3x-16

y=3\4 x - 4

So m=3\4

c=4

to prove this

make x=0............and y=-4(c)

Next

make x=4............and y=-1

This line will go through the points: (0,-4) and (4,-1).

2.

2y=36+9x

y=9\2 x + 18

m=9\2

c=18

to prove this

make x=0............and y=18(c)

Next

make y=0

9\2 x = -18

x = -4

This line will go through the points: (0,18) and (-4,0).

Done!
