On May 20, 1919, the House of Representatives passed the woman suffrage amendment. On June 4, 1919, the Senate passed it. The fight then shifted to the states, with approval from thirty-six states needed for ratification. Final ratification came with the vote of the Tennessee legislature on August 24, 1920. Two days later, on August 26 and without fanfare, the Secretary of State signed the 19th Amendment into law.

Am I the only woman who doesn't give a crap about women's rights? (don't answer that XD). If there were no woman's rights, then I would get to laze around and not have to worry about anything. Am the only one that sees the good in it? **** the 19th amendment. All voting gets you is a spot in jury duty. And **** woman's rights. It's all because of you dumbass feminists that I now have to pay a **** load of money to go to college, so I can get a job.
