Where can I find a ATI video card/cards that are under 250 W’s? They have to be under 250 W being that my Shuttle XPC’s Power Supply is 250 W so I need to know where I can find a ATI, or NVIDIA card that’s all lease good enough as my BIOSTAR V7302GS26 GeForce 7300GS Supporting 512MB (256MB on board) 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card, but has to be at 250 W.

There's NO video card right now that draws 250W. The monster 8800GTX is just a 130watter.
I think you are referring more to a low power video card such that you can plug in to your PC and NOT OVERLOAD your 250W PSU.
The 7300GS is a pretty efficient card and draws only about 16watts. Up next would be 7300LE at 24W, 7300GT at25W and X1300 Pro at 31W.

250 Watts??? Good grief man, get a mid-tower sized computer so you can have a decent video card. You can't play any of the latest video games with a card that underpowered.
