I have both windows 98 & XP installed in my PC also i have only 40GB HDD, CD ROM and CD Writer.

Definitely NOT because the board has socket 478. Modern Intel processors like C2Duo need a board w/ LGA775 socket. GVSR supports up to 2Gb ddr 333 RAM.

One Gb ram can be installed but you cannot install the processer because it is being not supported by the motherboard.
