6L80 Transmission?

I have an 1970's corvette with a 540 BBC with over 700 hp. I want to put a 6L80 transmission in it but I need one that's been built stronger than stock. Are any shop modifying these transmissions yet?

I know him. He is talking about a 6L80. It's GM's 6 speed automatic trans but he needs one that's modified to be stronger.

i believe you are refering to the 4L80E, and i am sure shops are btuilding those up a bit now, they have been around for a while. just have to shop around.
