I was planning on just sitting and watching everyone else flame you, but I am shocked (and appalled!) by the amount of support you are drawing. I am a seventeen year old. I am not in a gang. I have never participated in any acts of violence, vandalism, or any other crime. I get home from school/extracurricular events at around 5, and finish my homework around 9. At that point, maybe once or twice a week, I play backyard football with friends using floodlights, or perhaps see a movie. Am I not entitled to stress relief through having fun with friends? Must the actions of a few impact so many? Just because police and parents cannot keep some children in line, does not mean that I should pay for their inadequacy.
I am a serious musician. (The dorky kind, not the one that scores girls.) I played trombone in my all-state orchestra and the all-east coast band. On Mondays, my regional youth orchestra goes past eight o'clock. On Wednesdays, my Jazz band goes past eight o'clock. On Thursdays, I tutor my last middle school student at, you guessed it, eight o'clock. Why would you deny me, an aspiring Elementary School band director, these diverse and fulfilling experiences? Before you jump to rash conclusions about how great curfews would be, try to see the issue from ALL sides of the case, including my side, please.

Depends on their age. And in the United States, there is in some states. Minors under the age of 13 can get a curfew ticket for being out after 7pm with out an adult, under 17 for after 10pm and 17 years old for after 12am. (In some states.)

It'll never happen. Businesses would throw a fit if they couldn't get teens' money.
The only law I wish would be enforced is the one for noise pollution. I'm tired of stupid kids driving through the neighborhood after midnight playing crappy music extremely loud. Dear God! :)

Shariah are basically commandments, muslims have faith each prophet had their very own commandments, so Moses had his very own shariah, Jesus had his very own shariah etc.. Shariah regulation by employing this is nature can basically be carried out upon muslims. because it is acceptance of Gods regulations, while you're no longer muslim then those regulations don't be conscious to you as you haven't any longer common Gods sovereignty. it is western media that portray Shariah regulation in a fashion that muslim desire to enforce it upon non muslims. They blend the penality gadget (hud) to make it look like muslims are keen to hold their punishment rules to western society. Jewish each physique is authorized to have their very own divorce regulations, yet while muslims call for their ideal to Islamic divorce in accordance to Shariah then they are extremist and oppressive over women persons etc.. all the slanders come out so as that the subject or those calling for shariah regulation are silenced. interior the comparable way Jewish people who die are legally exempt from submit mortum IF the family pay for MRI/CT scans etc. while muslims ask for this comparable ideal, then they are calling for 'shariah' regulation. Shariah regulation is basically being waiting to stay by employing the ethical regulations we've faith in, which do no longer contradict western regulations, yet basically make it no longer uncomplicated for us to prepare our 'non secular freedom'.

Curfews don't make any difference. Kids can find a way to get into trouble any time! I say they should be in by 10PM like they say on TV. "Do you know where your kids are?"
