I just finished watching the Warriors win game 1 of the playoffs and could not help but notice that the men in Texas are wearing pink and yellow and peach, sometimes all in the same shirt. What would make any man or woman where such colors? Is this a team thing? I am perplexed!

Its not a team thing, its a DALLAS thing.
What you saw was a good representation of the typical Mavericks fan. If your a dude, you're an eye-brow pluckin' arm hair waxing, pastel color wearing, frosted highlights rockin' metro-sexual(not homo, the only difference is that metrosexuals are straight). The women you saw are usually the only women who are attracted to these kinds of guys. They too are very vain, mostly fake blondes and possibly fake body parts. These people are VERY successful. They have jobs in tall buildings with 6-7 figure salaries. I guess you could say that they are "high society", as Dallas is probably the only place in Texas that can say they have a "high society".
Now of course, this is not all of Dallas. If there is any place in Texas that still has real cowboys, its Dallas. There are a lot of blue-collar industries there where someone can make alot of money to support his family without a college degree. The blue collar and punk rock people don't usually attend Mavs games in droves like the metrosexuals do. For one, the metros have more disposable income and don't work on weekends.
Now don't get me wrong, I don't have any problems with any of the metros, just like any group of people, you've got your cool ones and you got your butt-heads. I hope that helped to better explain what you saw.

he's in no way mentioned that he prefers any colours on me over others. I assume if he favored something, he'd want colours that are flattering on me. maximum pastels make me look washed out or sallow so i don't often positioned on them. i glance better in earth tones and jewel tones.
