Before Donald fires James, he tells him there was certain dialogue James had that he was not happy with...what was that dialogue that Donald did not like?

Thank God I'm not the only one who was confused by that!! I've watched every episode and have no clue what Donald is talking about. I'm wondering if it was something that was edited out for being so bad. :)
