What Reid did was reprehensible. I do not think he will resign over it because he is not honorable enough. I am glad he said it, though. It helps reveal just how far the democratic party has sunk.
Despite all the rhetoric to the contrary, America does not want to loose this war. The democrats know this to be a fact. If it were not the case they would have gladly cut the funding and taken credit for it. Watch what they do. What they say is of little consequence. The democrats are going to loose in 2008 and things like this are the reason why.
