You know Florama town and you have to get to the other side of the bridge to go to the next town? I defeated the the grunt in the windmill. Where do I find the girl's dad andwhat do I do next?

Wait how do I get to the top? It's locked i got no keys!

Talk to the girl, then head back to the town and into the forest. The old man is being harassed and you'll be challenged by two grunts. Face them and the old man will say they've dropped a key and give it to you as well as a jar of honey. Return to the windmill use the key and defeat team galatic. When you head outside, the two grunts blocking the bridge will be gone.

Once you beat the grunt on the power plant, go back to Floaroma and talk to the old guy. Rescue him from the grunts and he will give you Sweet Honey for free. You can buy them off him later for 100 pokes. Return to the windmill and go inside. Thrash the grunts with all you've got and talk to the girl's dad. Then you are free to go to the next town.

Keep walking through the windmill and look for the Galactic commander after you beat her the girls dad is right there. He will give you a honey and the grunts on the bridge will be gone

The girl's dad is on the top floor of the windmill, talk to the dad then cross the bridge. Hope this helps.
