What can happen to the accomplise of a shoplifter?

What ahppens if two people go into a store and one of them steals something and the other person knows they stole but didnt say anything?

It honestly depends what your local laws are. They vary from state to state, county to county, city to city. Where I live you could possibly be arrested, but most likely not because it would be a hard case to prove. Unless you were on tape standing right next to the person with complete knowledge of what is going on. Oh and I recommend telling the truth because if you lie and they do find you on tape with the person then you will be busted for hindering the investigation.

Depends on how much the accomplice knew. If s/he knew, going into the store, that the guilty party intended to steal (depending on your jurisdiction) the accomplice may be guilty of shoplifting as well. Alternatively, the accomplice may only be guilty of obstructing justice (or the local alternative) if s/he merely failed to turn his/her friend into the police.

In reality (unless the "accomplice" helped with the crime, e.g. ran interference) the prospects of being charged with a crime is not significant.

However, police can and do check internet records and information posted on the internet by suspects in crimes, including this material would probably be admissible as evidence against someone at trial.
