I really want to learn. I used to be able to, sort of, but it's complicated (what isn't?) and I can't really anymore.

it is all mind control....
I truly believe being able to control your dream is a sure fire signal that one is in control of their personal lives as well.
I've only had one dream to where I manipulated the situation...but I've never forgotten that dream or the very cool experience.

My brother read part of it, and had some success, but gave it up before he completed the process.

Sorry, I really don't know for sure... Just think about something you want to dream about, then while you're dreaming, try and subconsciously wake yourself up... without waking, just being more aware of the dream's state...

I heard that if you concentrate really hard on a particular subject just before you fall asleep, you are likely to dream about it. I have only done this once.

I get those pretty often. I usually get them right before I wake up...so i think it's when i'm sort of part awake and part asleep, like a really light sleep.

Brain hippacampus. You have realized we are out of our minds. That should be a dream in itself. Do fifty push-ups before bed then you will dream of being naked on stage.

i really dont know so i cant really help you out at all but i think you can if you know ur dreaming...
