There is nothing wrong with cannibalism other than most people and cultures frown upon it. A few cultures feel that it acceptable. Throughout the ages people have been forced into situations where it was the only alternative to dying from starvation.
Cooked human flesh smells identical to 'Roast Pork' and tastes almost identical -- that is why human is called "Long Pig".
As I mentioned, in some cultures it is acceptable. During the Vietnam War, ethnic Cambodian from what is the Mekong Delta area of Vietnam used to eat the kidneys and livers of their enemies and on two occasions, inside Cambodia, not Vietnam, I was given "long Pig" for lunch. The first time I did not know until after eating it and I threw up when told. The second time I just shrugged my shoulders and laughed. I was a TV News cameraman/war correspondent.

Ever hear of Mad cow disease? Well, cannibals get a form of it for the same reason as the livestock. Pretty scary thought, a cannibal with mad man disease, kind of zombie ish.
