There has actually been proof that the younger the girl is when she becomes pregnant, the higher the chance of her developing Osteoporosis later in life. Also, the younger a girl is, the more likely she will not get proper medical care, and this can put her life and the baby's life in danger. This is the reason that so many women back in the old days didn't live to an old age also. The childbirth deathrate for mother and a lot of the babies was so high then too.

Besides getting pregnant at an earlier age, girls need to also be aware that being sexually active during their teens puts them at risk for developing cervical cancer in their early twenties. If a girl gets cervical cancer and does not catch it in time they run the risk of losing their cervix or having to get a hysterectomy and a young woman will not be able to have a child. If a teen is sexually active then get checked for STDs frequently. It's the untreated STD's that cause the cancer. So to answer the question, !) mentally which counts as biological, a pregnant teen has to grow up way too fast to deal with pregnancy and later parenting. 2) .you run the risk of developng cervical cancer later on.

first off this should be in the health section, but there's no real proof that that is true. hundres of years ago girls were married at that age and having babies. at that age. it really depends on how well devolped the body is and if it's able to sustain a healthy pregnancy. yes it's recommended that you are a little more mature both physically and mentally but it has nothing to do w/age. unfortunately growing up i've seen this alot and these girls went on to have healthy babies and no complications. again it has everything to to w/ the devolpement of the girl's body.

Yes. The risk to her life is really great. She will probably not be able to take the child to term.
