Ive also got some favourite blue jeans all frayed at the bottom.... I put them on with a nice shirt to go out in, but around the house I like to wear them with a huge plus sized white cardigan that I found in a thrift store, it hangs 12 inches below my fingers and its really warm.

Depends on where I am. Favorite tee shirt and jeans at home. Slacks, nice shirt, jacket and tie when going to the theater or church, etc. Just depends...

Shorts and a T-shirt in summer or year round when lounging around in the house. Naked is best when sleeping.

But to answer your question...I feel most comfortable in my worn in, hand-me-down faded blue jeans and my white t-shirt, and my old, torn-up, hand-me-down sneakers.
