I am on my second baby and I dont need anything. i have gotten everything already. We find out if it is a boy or girl on the 11th. If it is a girl all I need is the crib set I want for her. I am 23 weeks and 4 days my due date is November 27th thanksgiving day! the baby kicks all the time Sometimes I joke there is 2 in there because the kicks are more than I felt with my first. I felt this baby start moving at 14 weeks! After the initial exhaustion and morning sickness by twelve weeks I have felt great. I havent gotten sick either where I did with my first a few times. As far as girl names girl without giving away my own set choices :) I love Arabella! very strong very girly it means beautiful lion. congrats on your baby!

If I had everything already I wouldnt want a store bought gift, I would want something sweet and thoughful. Something to show the 'my partner' listened to me. Try something thoughtful. Try doing something for her instead of buying something for her.

Give her a nice night at a hotel. Have a bubble bath in a suite and a bed with rose pedals. Buy her a nice lingerie set to wear for the night. Give her a massage in the bath. Also, before that have a nice candle light dinner out on the balcony overlooking the city. That should be one of her best b-days ever!

surprise her. show up at her door step with flowers and take her out to a nice dinner. then maybe a movie or a nice walk along the beach(very romantic when the sun starts going down) . you might buy her a gift that maybe she wont like but who doesn't like food you cant go wrong and seeing you appear from miles away is more than any gift money can buy.

Give her an EXPERIENCE...or ROMANCE...
Pay for her to do something special like take a ride on a hot air balloon or swim with dolphins or to look at whales...
If you are not going to be able to be with her since she is far away (I am guessing in Malaysia), then give her a certificate for something like that, to use at a later date...
Do something extra romantic and priceless, like surprise her with an announcement on the news like "I love you". What does she watch?
Have a singing love gram (not a comedy one) for her at work or at her spa day or something...
See if a celebrity she likes is in town. Tell him or her (through management or the concierge at a hotel, don't stalk the celebrity!) that you would like them to call your girlfriend or boyfriend. You might be pleasantly surprised.
I read in a magazine where Brad Pitt did this for a woman's grandmother on the phone in a bar in California. Admittedly this was before that Brangelina mess.
Think of who she is, a unique person. Tailor something like that to what she likes...

Flowers...but not just a single bouquet, send her flowers and chocolate baskets some and at different times during her birthday, try to send the last one with something special attached to it...a necklace or a bracelet...something that matches her personality, the meaning in this particular situation (since she's got everything) is far more important than the expenses value...Good luck :)

What about gift certificates to a salon where she can go and get an hour long massage? Most women won't spend the money for something like that on themselves, but it's incredibly nice to receive it in present form!

Personally if she has everything already maybe giving her a different type of gift would be a better choice for you. Is she a friend or more than that? Maybe a wife even??? Try doing something more from the heart rather than buying something for her. Maybe spend 20 minutes trying to write her a poem or something. If she is your wife, try drawing her a warm bubble bath and massage her feet while she bathes. Try something you normally wouldn't. Something that would shock her and that you didn't nessasarily have to BUY for her!!!! Let her know you were really thinking of her and not just buying for her. Anything from the heart she will absoluetly love because it is from you personally and not from a store!!!! Good Luck!
