You know how right after something tragic happens, like a school shooting or the World Trade Center attacks, THEN everyone wants to be kind to each other. People are more caring and less cynical. But unfortunately not everyone stays that way.

LIFE, is temporary and hopefully will be permanent. But come to think of it, it still depends on the state of life you are presently in. But for an optimist like me, life should be a canvas, daily we should put colors into it and make it into a masterpiece that others would love to stare, or even duplicate.

Joy, immense joy when you meet, hug, or cuddle with someone you love.

Maybe the temporary status of such joy makes the joy more memorable, more treasured.

I am also reminded of an ancient Roman philosopher (help here with the name!) who once said, "Fame, like beauty, is often fleeting."

Hope this helps!
