I personally say the days that both WCW and ECW were put out of buisness by WWE. That ended almost all though of competition in wrestling....Your thoughts?

I was agree with most of you. WWE putting out of business WCW and ECW, and the Invasion, was the end of an era. Since then, professional wrestling wasn't the same thing. At least during 2004 there was some good things that make you though that something big is coming back. And then, with Eddiexploitation, the insult to history called the new ECW and Cena as the WWE Champion during non-consecutive 20 months since WrestleMania 21 (I'm pissed off with Cena since WrestleMania 23. Is logically possible that HBK was the one who made that match, and in the end Cena won? Before that, I didn't care) turns everything again into a bad thing.
And really, TNA needs to arise and became a strong competitor against WWE. Because without competition, WWE doesn't have to worry about anything and will keep doing whatever the hell they want, like pushing guys like Cena and keeping guys like Benoit held down.

The actor winning the WCW title during their final days. The ship sunk soon after that.
WWE today....they have the potential to put on shows near Attiude quality if they would just cut the roster down to about 50 people and go back to one brand.
Eric getting rid of the IC title in WWE.
Recreation of ECW just so McMahon could have a minor league on TV.
Roster Split
Two World champions in 1 company...your supposed to be the best in the company not 1A and 1B
lost of tag division....yet 2 champs with 3 teams
......besides the first one this all pretty much means the WWE era.....cartoon era cool.....WWF Attidude era cool....WWE era sucks!

Cena winning the WWE Title and Rey winning the World Heavyweight Title. That's about as low as wrestling has gotten.

The whole Invasion angle was totally botched.
That could have made huge money and theoretically could still be going now but alas they screwed it up.
Also the whole XFL thing, although not essentially wrestling related was a huge black eye for the WWE.
No wait i just figured it out.
Lowest point was the Gobbledegooker.

the whole thing. it's fake and ridiculous. i can't believe people watch this crap. but most of the wrestling fans are also nascar fans. so that explains alot.
