Sexuality is determined through genetics. How we express that sexuality is determined through many social factors.

I have no idea. It's biological in nature, though not necessarily genetic... or at least that's what the current idea seems to be. Part of it is mental, because attraction is largely a mental phenomenon, whether it's between a man and a woman, a man and a man, or a woman and a woman. But it is natural, because homosexuality exists within many animal species in nature.

I don't really worry about the cause, because I don't think it matters so long as two people love each other and those lovers get equal standing under the law and in society.

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders by the American Psychiatric Association de-listed homosexuality as a mental disorder in 1973.

I think it is generally an un-answerable question. It would be like saying "Why do some people like Cheese Cake and some people don't?" You can't really answer that question, people will say "it taste better," homosexuals can say the same thing about the same sex essentially.

If we could explain the inner workings of the brain, and why some people like blue and others red, then we could also answer the reason why some males like males, and some males like females, and some like both.

Why are you attracted to some members of the opposite sex, but not others?

Same sex attraction comes naturally for homosexuals and bisexuals. Science can't even really explain what makes anyone (including heterosexuals) fall in love. Why is it you can be in love with one person, then meet someone else who has many of the same qualities as the one you love, yet you can only think of them as a friend?

I'm gay, and when I meet guys, I just do not feel any sort of spark or connection with them. I've only felt that spark, and fallen in love with other women. I don't know why. All I know is that it is not a choice. You cannot choose who you fall in love with. Love just comes naturally, whether you want it to or not.

Why do people of the opposite sex like each other sometimes? Or why do some white men fall for African-American women some times? It’s all the same question, and there really are no answer other than people will love who they will love… And the Sex-Police can’t enforce the love-laws

It's a little bit social training, and hormones. If the uterus is flooded with testosterone you'll have a more masculine type female and the opposit is true. Much of it is actually transgenderism caused by hormones during gestation or later in life. Hormones can be the cause of many things.

IM JK!!!

Well, we're still not sure EXACTLY what causes homosexuality, bisexuality, etc, but we DO knows that it is NOT a choice. It is most likely a combination of genetics and chemical anomolies in our bodies. Yeah, it comes naturally, sometimes I see a guy walking down the street and when he passes me I look back and I think to myself, "Dang he's got an @$$!"

It's natural. Loving women came, and comes naturally for me.
