Yes, you can even become pregnant if he comes on your labia. Of course having the sperm in the vagina increases the odds.
Honestly though if you are having pains I would be concerned. Do you have enough lubrication? Are you arouse enough? Do you have a prolapsed cervix?

No not necessary because the release is more important then penetration of pennis inside your vagina because the sprams which travels very fast even if it is discharged on the corner of your vagina. The most important is how healthy is your husbands discharge and how effective it is to be seen. Avoid during safe days cycle of 14 days after your mensuration. Always play and request your husband to discharge in side your vagina while enjoying sex. I am afraid that your husband is discharging the fluid out side your vagina as you feel pain when your husband pushes further. Try to check with him and request him to discharge inside.

Full penetration is not required. You become pregnant when the sperm meets egg.
It hardly matters whether there is full or half penetration.
You need to have sex when the eeg is fertile, so during this peruiod chances of pregnancy are high.

Nothing is compulsory dear, but don't have sex just to have a baby ,it should be enjoyable for both,so unless it fells absolutely horrible if he penetrates full,do not stop him ,after a while it should get ok,try this first let him go as deep as he feels,if it still is unbearable pain go see a doctor ,then plan for babies.

Full penetration is better but not compulsion for getting pregnant. You can get pregnant by what you are doing. But I would advise you to try full penetration because it increases chance of pregnancy & you would have lesser pains during delivery.

You can still get pregnant. The sperm actually comes out with force to allow it to reach its destination regardless of how much of the penis is inside of the vagina.

i dont understand the question, but the full penetration doesnt result to pregnant, but the sperm load into ur vagina in early days then the chance are 100%. early days means ur monthly circle are just gone. if the sperm is not loaded then 95% chance is nil.

You could get pregnant but if you feel pain every time you have sex, maybe you should see a doctor. Sounds like you might have vaginismus.

yeah you can pregnant...but the chance is very low...
few year ago, i had watched a movie that they said a woman get pregnant when bathing together in a tub...didn't do sex also can get pregnant... so i think your situation to get pregnant is quite high if compare with this bathing situation.
aza aza fighting and good luck!!!
