85% of the things people worry about never come to fruition, thus making it a waste of time and negatively impacts ones health. I would rather work and be healthy. No time to worry about too much anyway.

Worry creates anxiousness. Anxiousness increses stress. Stress raises bloodpressure. Blood pressure leads to heart problems.
Work is effort. Work is not necessarily a job. Work can be fun and strenuous at the same time. Jobs however can be very dangerous leading to frustration, anger, stress, anxiousnous etc...
Move to a tropical climate--change in latitude=change in attitude...no worries:) But always put in work...

Worry only succeeds in exaggerating the magnitude of problems or creating problems that don't exist.Worrying puts a strain on your whole systems which can cause risk of depression, diabetes, and stroke.
