Make sure you document any and all occurrences in a detailed and objective manner. In these recordings try to be as objective as possible. Also, be as specific as possible, including times and dates. Also, if you know of anyone else in the office that has either witnessed or has been subjected to similar harassment, record this as well. You do not have to approach these people. If the supervisor you go to with this information needs to he or she will follow up with those individuals. Finally, make sure that you tell the manager that is harassing you that his or her actions are making you uncomfortable. A lot of times people don't even realize they are making others uncomfortable by their actions. If you're lucky, you might be able to get the harassment to stop tomorrow.
