I wish I could keep a grudge longer! I always crack! It totally sucks when I need to make a point. I just don't care enough I guess. Maybe you should try caring a little less?

I am assuming that you're past relationship(s) are affecting your current relationship(s). If this is so, then you need to work out what it is about your past that bothers you so much to be able to go through a current relationship. If you do not, then how can you have a good, healthy relationship now. It all depends on what it is that affects them. This is just my opinion though. Is it trust? Not all men or woman are the same as each other. Never regret your past relationships because thats how we learn about relationships and the do's or dont's of them. We liked/loved the past relationships at some point or would have never had one with them. If it is that you want a relationship with another but you have a hard time with trust, then you need time to work that out or put the trust into another. Good luck.

I'll be watching your question for advice. I am the same way. Although, time heals lots of things. But some things are just so hard to let go of. I asked a similar Q and got a wonderful respose from a wonderful lady. We emailed each other several times. It helped so much. Maybe she'll see your Q and offer some wise words.
Best wishes to you

Can be, I was the same way forever. Over the past couple of years I have been able to relax and let more go, do yourself a favor and find whatever means needed to let go! You will be better for it! Meditation, prayer. just releasing whatever is bothering me into the abyss has helped! Good luck!

no, its just some people have a hard time to control or to manage anger. I used to be like that and still but mostly just words, action not really, thinking about it what would it do? its either i will hurt the person and still feeling sad about it, or just leave it alone and move on, there is a saying the best revenge is sweet revenge. goodluck!

The best way to destroy your self is to hold anger and not to forgive. You got to give it to God and understand that he will deal with your feelings and help you get pass the past.

I guess it would depend on whatever it is you're unable to let go. If it's something major, perhaps you have good reason. Otherwise, ask yourself if it's really worth making yourself miserable.

Concentrate on the big picture, it makes it easier to forget about the small stuff.
