Whatever the weapon of choice will be,the attack will happen near the end of Bush's term.If not during the next presidents term in office.
If it happens near the end of Bush's term in office the Democrats will blame Bush and most likely help them gain the presidency in '08.
This will also lead to many investigations and hearings as to why this has happened.Giving the Democrats time not to respond militarily for as long as possible.
If the attack is launched after the '08 elections and a Democrat is elected, they will again blame Bush.And because of their own rhetoric will be unwilling to, once again,to respond (effectively) militarily.(ie firing a few missiles instead of sending ground troops.)
Remember, the first world trade center attack happened early in the Clinton administration.The Cole,Khobar towers and the embassy attacks happened at the end of his administration.The second world trade center attack happened early in Bush's term.

It will always be possible to have another terrorist attack on US soil...but I highly doubt that it will be comparable to 9-11. Taking this option into consideration...........
All hell will break loose if it does..who knows what we (the US) will do with our armada in the Middle East (to the States that sponsers terrorist and it's activities). I don't think that we are on any pleasure cruise, how about you?....go think or don't! OR maybe people think we are there as a free military display for Middle Easterners or are we there with our military based strategically for any immediate response needed for our interest there and our allies .

It will happen again, probably in another decade. I'm sure it will be a grandiose display and I would not be surprised to see a nuclear bomb dropped in the name of terror in our lifetime.

The Islamic Jihadists have said they will attack and I have no reason to doubt them.
It could be biological, it may even be them that is tainting our food for all I know. I still think they are responsible for the antrax scare.

It's anyone's guess, but it will be another mass-casualty event, or a water/food supply attack.
