No, not in the manner in which you think.
Any carbon or carbonless paper would require an Impact printer rather than laser or injet, which would only affect the top sheet.
If you could print to a multi-paper tray device, such as an office Xerox or sooo, then you could put different color paper in the trays. Then printing one sheet from each tray, they could Collate automatically, some systems could even staple!

RE:
Can you print triplicate (3 part) forms, such as: invoices and contracts on a inkject or laser printer?
I was wondering if you can use carbonless papers. I know about the dot matrix printer but was wanting something better, any ideas?
Thanks

Noarmally impact printers (dot matrix, and others using fully formed characters such as IBM selectric, and typewriters) are required because you have to force something into all layers of the paper.
Inkjet, laser, and others of that type are unsuitable for multi-part forms because they deposit ink, dye, etc only on the surface of the top layer of paper, hence nothing causes the layers below to show any indication of having been marked.
An easy way to see the effect of this is to very lightly mark the top surface, eg. use a pencil or pen to barely mark the top layer. All others beneath should not show any markings.
The harder you push into the paper the more layers show markings.
Sorry, I don't know of any other way to properly mark multi-part forms than through impact type devices.
Best wishes.

You can get a program that will allow you to print multiple copies of invoices with an inkjet or laser printer. A local parts store prints 2 copies and one says Store copy, and the other says customer copy.

No, a laser or inkjet printer lacks the impact necessary to support carbonless forms. There are laser printers that would support printing on three seperate paper stocks and collating the output, but for most individuals the cost is prohibitive.

No please don't try. Computer form is design for dot matrix printer and if you print it on inkjet printer, the quality of the form will not be good enough to give you a clear copy. Computer form is also too light for laser printer and it will cause paper jam easily.
Normally inkjet and laser printer require at least 70g printing paper.

For the most part, no. You can tear apart the forms and print three copies, which is one alternative. The other is to purchase the same forms in laser format -- basically on plain paper -- and print three copies.
Hope that this helps!
