No matter where you are, a meteor will happen at any time. Scientists don't waste their time calculating the fall of every single meteor. So just sit outside and you'll see some.

Just before dawn. I find that a pain because I, like most people, find it easier to stay up late than get up early. Still, predawn morning is the time when more meteors are visible.
