Give me your opinion between north, south, west, midwest and or state which do you think?

The best region is the midwest. Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin are always 1,2,3 in some order in ACT scores.

Vermont! I went to school in VT, but now teach in SC. Contrary to what many Vermonters believe, they have very good schools when you compare them to other states. The Northeast has a solid education program.

I do not think any part of the U.S. has the BEST educational system. It all depends on the students. I know dumb and ignorant people from all over the U.S.
