before you answer make sure you don't get snuff confused with chewing tobacco. you take it in through your nose. i dono if it's dangerous or if there is nose cancer but i'm considering using it instead of chew. snuff seems safe as hell, tell me what you know....

Yes you can get mouth cancer from snuff.The Skoal type is also very addictive.I have been trying to quit for a while and everytime I go without it I seem to get ill.

Tobacco is tobacco. Nobody's studying the nasal effects, but that doesn't mean it isn't happening.
BTW this might seem off-topic, but if you want to see why Wiki is not a good place to get accurate information, look at their entry right now on "snuff". NOW do you people understand that the information on Wiki does not come from experts? Better yet I will paste it here.

Yes you can get cancer in your nose. and yes your sinuses are connected to the back part of your throat and mouth. I see people die from all forms of cancer everyday. when you sniff something up your nose it will go to your brain. So the numerous cancers you can get are unlimited.

you can get cancer anywhere on or in your body, yes it can give you cancer. why dont you just stop your nicotine habit . or just buy the patch and wear that , at least you are just getting nicotine, not all the other junk they stick into tobacco. Im not the one confused, i have better sense than to use tobacco.

you can get cancer from anything these days. so stop doing it and live a healthy life. snuff,tobacco anything is not worth getting sick for. so stop the stuff. and spend your money on something else that is worthwhile.

And, hun, your nose is kind of connected to your mouth - more so, your throat.
