i've met de la hoya yrs ago, since we both owned homes in big bear but i personally think he is washed up, i don't know squat about mayweather so can anyone tell me anything about him?

Pound per pound one of the best...I am picking Mayweather...but Delahoya may surprise us! Depends on his condition..will he have the speed..!
Since Mosley could do it...I believe Mayweather has a great chance! This is a big money making fight!

Oscar is not washed up but he is passed his prime.
Mayweather could go down as one of the greatest fighters of all time, the only problem is not within his skill set but more or less who the hell has this guy ever beaten or fought?
Oscar has fought some of the best fighters of his generation Tito, Vargas, Mosley, Hopkins, Whitaker. Oscar is a smart fighter with knockout power, but he has slowed down considerably, and his conditioning is not nearly what it once was.
Mayweather talks alot, but he works his *** off. He's got blazing hand speed, not much power but he hits his opponents with such a barrage of hits that a ref usually has to step in and call the TKO. Not only are his hands fast, hes a very smart fighter, and he does a good job of getting in and out to avoid putting himself in bad situations. Oscar is going to be the best fighter he's ever faced.
Personally Id love for De La Hoya to win, just for the hell of it. But I also am hoping Mayweather will win and not retire like he claims he will after this fight. I really want to see Mayweather and Mosley get it on, I think Mosley would take him.
