I got my earlobe pierced about 4 weeks ago i think, i cant really remember it may have been 5 weeks but it hasnt had any discharge for about a week and a half now. It isnt red either and isnt sore 1 bit. the actually sides of the hole are soft now and i can even tug on the ring a little and feel no pain. would i be safe if i put in a new earing in the next couple days?

Yes, as long as there is no irritation it's fine.

You shouldn't play with it, it may not be sore, but it's still healing. It's too soon to change the jewelry. You need to wait 8 weeks before changing jewelry, otherwise you can damage the healing tissue.

Yeah, im sure your ear's ready for a new earring in it... it only takes 5 to 6 weeks for it to heal.

i would wait..because even though it may seem like it does not hurt..ur ears can still get infected from changing the jewlery too much in and out!!! SO WAIT LIKE 1 MORE WEEK!!!
