I can only think of roses with "Ruby" in their names.
Ruby Ruby and Ruby Baby are miniature roses that are easy to find.
The bottom link is a list of all roses with "Ruby" in their names. Helpmefind.com is a fabulous place to find roses with links to nurseries too. Good luck.

Clethra alnifolia 'Ruby Spice' is a deciduous, summer-flowering shrub native to Eastern North America, where it grows in damp shade along streams.

Its flowers are usually white, but the cultivar 'Ruby Spice' has rose-pink flowers. Light shade or half-day sun is just what summersweet needs, and although it prefers evenly moist, acidic soils, it grows well without constant summer watering after it has established and if it is kept well-mulched.

There is also "Ruby" redosier dogwood a tree that is mostly prodiment from Maine to Virginia. With its vivid red branches, clusters of white flowers, and creamy white fruit, 'Ruby' redosier dogwood is one of the more photogenic conservation plants. 'Ruby' was selected not for its ornamental qualities, but for its ability to form roots along its branches where they touch the ground. This characteristic makes 'Ruby' an excellent choice for planting on streambanks and slopes to control erosion. Thickets created by the shrub's rooting stems provide wildlife cover, and its fruits are eaten by a variety of birds. 'Ruby' is also appropriate for use in windbreaks, shrub borders, and landscape plantings.

Found these answers off a few plant reference webpages as well as a few landscaping places. Hope it helps!
