To get up and go to the bathroom when u are on the computer? Cause I tend to hold it for a long time...

Find yourself running to the bathroom, peeing as fast as you can to get back to the computer again. Like it's going anywhere right. Laugh that I was worried about missing something and the next night right back there again.
