with despise, very disrepectful, want talk about anything even about our child, gets angry all the time, sabotages any conversations, refuses to even talk, announces by email an engagement then follows up 2 weeks later of upcoming marriage and moving 2 hours away and taking our son, flaunts the guy in front of me at her place, he shows up when she knows I am arriving to pick up our son (in the parking lot after she demanded this in court) - I find out that she was seeing this guy when she was still with me, started asking me about other women (I didn't know she was seeing the guy and she denied seeing anyone after I asked because she kept asking me) all of a sudden one day I can no longer go to her place where I practically lived for two years off an on during and post divorce - we had two homes 500 yards apart sharing both places together and with our son then all of a sudden she creates a scene, the cops are called - no arrests - she made false claims - I spoke to the police officer,

then she calls the police again... more BS...I spoke to the police officer again...all the time seeing another guy with out telling me...then she goes for custody twice...is turned down twice...I live 5 minutes away from her we have joint legal and residential...but she has become nasty...lying all the time...torturing me and my son....is this all about revenge becasue I didn;t come crawling back to her after the enegament announcement? My son doesn't like this guy - she blames me...I am not involved and I think this pisses her off...she has turned revengeful when there is no abuse, no domestic violence,,,no cheating (on my part) - she wanted to move back to her home country and it didn;t happen - in the last year she has become a nightmare and disregards my son...why does a woman act like this...I would think she would be happy with upcoming marriage and leave me at peace...waht is she doing and why?

the dicorce was 3 years ago and my son is 8. He wants to live with me full itme to get out of her house...he is afraid of her temper to tell her how he feels about this guy.

Drop all of the drama and focus on your son. Keep your conversations with her short and to the point. Who needs all that drama!

Document everything and speak to the best atty you can afford. (The only thing more expensive than having a good attorney - is NOT having one.)
