what i can tell you is something you should be hearing from your coaches. run alot to lose some weight drop to about 270, and if you really want to be 330 put on 60 lbs of muscle. you have four years to do it, and if a d1 college recruits you, youll be redshirted for sure, so that gives you five years, if you do what i tell you, you will see your 40 time go down, and you will have a chance, and a pretty good one. but if not, youre just gonna be a 6'3" 330lb. 40 year old talking about your high school football days.

Also i suggest working with a personal trainer, he'll get you where you need to be.

You have good size at your age. The biggest thing about players your size is how well they can move. It may sound queer but you need to have ballerina like footwork if you want to be a lineman. The biggest concern you want to have is to keep hydrated the big guys can get dehydrated quickly during 2 a days. So the best thing to do is try to stick with drinking water and gatorade instead of soda when eating. The biggest concern is your athletic ability because every lineman in the NFL is going to be your size remember the league takes roughly the top 300 or so players in the draft and roughly has 400 players playing. The odds are always slim so expect the worst and hope for the best.

First of all being 330 lbs at 15 is NOT healthy, especially at only 6'3".
Secondly, size is not everything. You can be the biggest, strongest SOB around and have no football skills and you wouldn't make a division 3 college team let alone the pros.
Drop about 50 lbs, work on your quickness and strength, and see what the future holds.

You have a chance...if you go on a strict work out regimen. I've seen lots of kids over 300 pounds who have no technique and just use the fact that they;re massive to their advantage. Your coach would/should want to help (who wouldn't want to convert a 6'3" 330 lb kid into a football player?) and if he doesn't then there will be someone who will see your potential. You need to start going nuts, though, and start hitting the weight room and the track. Run and lift, run and lift, run and lift, because you can't learn a thing about technique if you can't run without getting exhausted.

In the ninth grade, you should learned to play both defense and offense position. As an offensive linemen you are short, because you have to be able to see the length of the field. You look more like DB. What is important at this level is speed. At 330 you are not that fast. You should talked to the coach at your HS about getting you on a training and conditioning program. You also shoudl get evaluated for your present speed, your ability to bench press and foremost your ability to earn a right to play ay the next level,

Academics is just as important as Athletics. You need to build a resume with all part on full cylinder. YOu can make some unoffcial visits to Colleges and with your parents and talked to coaches.

You need to get ready to go out for your team in your tenth grade and make it. Cross train with track and basketball.
Don't forget baseball. The career is longer and you make more money at the next level. No Guarantee in Football.

Here is what you need to start doing . Drop down to 280 or 300 While weight lifting and running. Then add some more weight on and the do the same thing. This gives you more muscle so that the fat can turn into muscle while also keeping in shape.

I understand you want to play football, but being 330 at the age of 15 is not healthy for anyone. You should really consider dropping some pounds so that you can stay healthy.

No. If you are a 330 lb 15 year old, that weight is almost all fat, which means you are dead slow. Even in the NFL, offensive lineman and defensive linemen have to be very quick.

the size is certainly there, but you need skills and athletic ability.... I have met plenty of people who weigh 330 and not a single one of them could have played football at any level because they were just a bunch of fat unathletic folks and bobby s up there is just plain stupid..... everyone in the nfl plays on the varsity as a freshman in high school? Awful bold and stupid claim there bobby, but I am guessing you weren't much of an athlete so go figure
