What type of position are you applying for? The answer to that would seem more relevant to narrow the objective statement. Otherwise, your statement would say the objective is "To work at a Nail Clipper Factory" which doen't sound like it would even be worth it to have the objective statement. I've worked in employment and recruiting for 7 years. Objective statements are not mandatory, and often unnecessary, to getting your resume noticed.

Good for you including an objective. I would never read a resume without some clear idea of what the applicant wants.
Maybe "an entry level position in manufacturing with upward potential" or if you want management, "an entry level management position with supervisory responsibility and upward potential"?
Without knowing specifics about you and the job, it's hard to do better than that, but maybe it'll help.
