JC Penney, an old friend, tried and true.
Recently, unable to shop except on line, I found and wore a beautiful & attractive 3 piece outfit at JC Penney to wear to my Son's wedding. How lucky was that or did God have a hand in that too ?? I was thrilled. ~~~~~~jill
