1) a hydronium ion (as long as it is in water) in general it's just a proton, so it's 4)

I am not absolutely sure but i think it is 1) a hydronium ion.
A proton would seem to be correct if it was talking about a H atom, but it's talkin about a H+ ion so i think hydronium ion makes more sense.

Hydronium is H3O+ (a hydrated proton).
